Map appointment types, clinician availability, room capacity and necessary support staff. Reserve capacity for locally defined urgent pathways without promising universal wait targets.
03 / Reception lead
Define booking confirmation, cancellation and waitlist procedures with privacy controls. Record access barriers and do not pressure patients into inappropriate appointments.
04 / Billing lead
Track claims rejected or requiring correction by cause. Reconcile service records and receivables using the correct payer rules and authorized access.

Review roster gaps and recurring overtime alongside staff wellbeing and safe coverage. Resolve handoff failures before adding ad hoc shifts.
