Byron founded and scaled Zonda People in healthcare recruitment to number 13 on the AFR Fast 100 in 2022, and has founded, acquired or sold businesses across care, allied health, trades and software as well: Zonda Care, GO GO Physio, Clear Flow Ducting, My ADSS, Lioncrest People, The Better Man, The Better Woman and Veritrace Data.
